Our client has an immediate requirement and seeks an Accountant to assist their team    
Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts;
  • Preparation of annual financial statements under IFRS;
  • Lead contact on year end audit;
  • Assist in preparation of Board papers;
  • Day-to-day generic administrative duties;
  • Ensure the processing of transactions is timely, accurate and complete in line with agreed service standards;
  • Investigate customer queries received and seek ways of improving customer service and communicate clearly;
  • Involvement in strategic/operational projects as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ideally, a minimum of 3 years' experience of working in an accounts office environment;
  • A qualified accountant;
  • Have a thorough, methodical approach;
  • Be proactive, demonstrate initiative and have the ability to operate without direction;
  • Some experience in a customer facing environment would be an advantage;
  • Excellent information technology skills, with knowledge of MS Office suite including MS Access;
  • QuickBooks experience would also be an advantage - desirable
