Our client seeks an Administrator to join their team.
 
Role: To provide confidential administration support and to assist with the delivery of a responsive and high quality service.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • To answer telephones and assist callers by redirecting to the relevant member of staff.
  • To undertake the typing of reports, minutes, agenda and correspondence and assist in the production of pro-formas, leaflets, etc to ensure a high standard of layout and quality in the finished item.
  • To assist in the preparation of documents for Board Meetings.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
  • To be responsible for ensuring file copies of documents are accurately stored in hard copy and electronic format.
  • To maintain the appointment diary of the Manager, and make the necessary arrangements for meetings etc.
  • To be responsible for the destruction of confidential documents.
  • To ensure that a working stock of office consumables is maintained and for the ordering of replacements as necessary.
  • Co-ordinating repairs of office machinery and equipment as necessary.
  • To work additional hours outside normal office hours in support of functions or business where required.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Good standard of general education
  • Computer literate, competent user of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures (desirable)
  • Commitment to excellent customer service (desirable)
  • Ability to work as part of a team (desirable)
  • Experience in dealing with enquiries via telephone (desirable)
