Our client seeks a part time Administration Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.
Role Profile:
With an immediate start, our client is looking for an administrator for 25 hours a week for a period of approximately 2 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative and secretarial support.
- Manage meetings
- Minute taking
- Diary Management
- Direct Phone Calls
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous office experience desirable
- Highest level of personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Self-reliant and well organised - able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
- Good basic understanding of IT including proficient with Microsoft Office
- You will be confident in dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone
