Our client seeks a part time Administration Officer to join their team on a temporary basis.
 
Role Profile:
With an immediate start, our client is looking for an administrator for 25 hours a week for a period of approximately 2 months.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative and secretarial support.
  • Manage meetings
  • Minute taking
  • Diary Management
  • Direct Phone Calls
 
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous office experience desirable
  • Highest level of personal integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Self-reliant and well organised - able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail
  • Good basic understanding of IT including proficient with Microsoft Office
  • You will be confident in dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone
