Our client seeks a hard-working Asset Services Administrator to join their Asset Services team.
 
Role Profile:  
The primary function of the Asset Services Administrator is to be responsible for any aspect of the Asset Services team, as directed by the Asset Services Manager and Team Leader.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Processing all equity and unit trust dividends received, on the relevant systems within agreed time frames
  • Investigating and resolving any discrepancies with unit positions or cash/reinvest received
  • Dealing with any client queries received
  • Monitor and interpret Corporate Action data received for onward dispatch
  • Maintain Corporate Action diary, collating responses and liaise with Fund Managers and Custodians
  • Dealing with any client queries received
  • Check accuracy of uploaded daily prices within agreed time frames
  • Source and input prices on regular basis for all manually priced securities
  • Calculate and input prices for monthly Unitised funds
  • Review all new assets in line with criteria and within agreed timeframes
  • Liaise with Fund Managers to update settlement instructions and dealing terms
  • ​Set up all new securities in line with procedures and within agreed timeframes.
  • Transfer assets from or into accounts
  • Liaise with external contacts in order to successfully transfer assets
  • Monitor receipt of statements and trail commission payments from Fund Managers
  • Liaise with Fund Managers to negotiate trail commission terms
