Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Banking Administrator to join their team.
 
This is a varied and rewarding role that supports the delivery of high-quality client service within a regulated Trust and Corporate Services environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing payments and FXs.
  • Managing mailboxes and responding to banking queries.
  • Opening bank accounts.
  • Updating mandates with banking providers.
  • Maintaining client records and managing workflows.
  • Supporting colleagues in client administration.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade C or above.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workflow.
  • Understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure.
  • High-quality client service mindset.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
