Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Banking Administrator to join their team.
This is a varied and rewarding role that supports the delivery of high-quality client service within a regulated Trust and Corporate Services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing payments and FXs.
- Managing mailboxes and responding to banking queries.
- Opening bank accounts.
- Updating mandates with banking providers.
- Maintaining client records and managing workflows.
- Supporting colleagues in client administration.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 GCSEs at grade C or above.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage own workflow.
- Understanding of corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
- Proactive and able to work under pressure.
- High-quality client service mindset.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
