Our client seeks a Bookkeeper to join their team.
Role Profile:  You will provide accounting and administrative support across all corporate company activities. Carry out other administrative duties in support of the General Manager.  Also provide cover for similar tasks during holidays/sickness.  
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting and book-keeping
  • Processing invoices, including checks to supporting analysis/expenses,
  • Prepare bank payments and transfers
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Provide cover for colleagues of the accounting and admin team
Key Skills and Experience
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • GCSEs, including Maths and English Language
  • Educated to A-level or equivalent
  • Data input and maintaining database records
  • Experience of book-keeping, reconciliation, accounting
  • Experience of working with Excel, Word, Outlook, Quickbooks
  • Responding to questions from suppliers
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • Focussed on achieving deadline
  • Good at developing positive relationships
  • Able to develop positive working relationships within the Group
  • Willing to train in accounting or already working towards relevant qualification
  • Seeking position which can develop and grow over time
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Flexible and willing to support other team members
