Our client seeks a proactive and results-oriented Business Manager to join their team.
You will oversee day-to-day business operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure the efficient functioning of the Company, who specialise in high-end infrastructure services for blockchain and other ecosystems.
 
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for technology. You will work closely with the leadership team to implement strategies that promote the company's growth and profitability.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and optimise daily business operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Collaborate with the Isle of Man-based corporate service team & accountants to ensure compliance.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and resolve personnel issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage key accounts effectively.
 
Key Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in business management, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and financial software.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Efficient Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
