Our client seeks a Client & Broker Services Administrator to join their team on a 1-year contract.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Focus on an important project updating Customer Due Diligence (CDD) documentation for a client portfolio
  • E-Mail and telephone contact with investors and/ or appointed agents.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A good working knowledge of CDD requirements
  • Excellent customer communication skills are imperative.
  • Confident and patient telephone skills
  • Good written English.
Some flexibility around hours is likely to be available.
