Client On-Boarding Administrator

Our Client seeks a Client On-Boarding Administrator to join their team
Role Profile: To effectively deliver a seamless onboarding experience to the Business Development Team, Contractors, Agencies and Introducers.  Ensuring the onboarding process meets all relevant internal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and onboarding standards that exceed client expectation
  • Assessing and validating key documentation against an established process and procedures to ensure compliance and suitability
  • Dealing with compliance questionnaires from business partners and setting up contracts for service.
  • Deal with queries and requests from clients and internal teams via telephone, messaging and e-mail
  • Identify potential problem areas and offer proactive solutions.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated experience within a customer onboarding role
  • Working knowledge of KYC, Right to Work and Client screening requirements
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Team player with ability to work within a team or on own initiative
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Clear understanding of and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Excellent telephone manner with good listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work highly accurately and at pace
Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Previous Contractor Payroll, Recruitment Agency, Sales or Banking new client onboarding experience
  • Proactive and keen to expand knowledge and take on new tasks
  • Flexible & adaptable to changing priorities
  • Previously worked within a team office environment
  • Ability to work across Sales & Operations teams to give and receive information
  • Influencing and inter-personal skills
