Client Service Director - Captive Insurance

Our client is looking for a Client Service Director - Captive Insurance to join their team.
In summary, a Client Service Director has ultimate responsibility for a portfolio of captive clients and the team that services them.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the relationship for the Company on a Portfolio of clients and assume responsibility for client service delivery and excellence
  • Lead your service team, ensuring that all your clients' priorities, objectives and any other requirements have been met
  • Demonstrate and deliver the Company approach to your Portfolio of clients
  • Empower and develop your team towards the accomplishment of business goals and objectives, as well as their own personal career development and
  • Work with Operational Executives on a quarterly basis to ensure that the right level of resource is being assigned to your clients
As a member of the Senior Management team, you will:
  • Apply strategic and operational planning, ensuring that the Company optimises efficiency
  • Ensure best practice and innovation is fully disseminated and shared across all client servicing teams
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic objectives in relation to the Company
  • Actively seek out revenue growth opportunities through existing and new business
  • Support and enact the Firm's decisions and strategies and
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the Captive industry and associated trends
  • The role provides a challenging and exciting work environment that offers a healthy combination of autonomy and senior level support
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Be a client focused professional with excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Be professionally qualified in either insurance or accounting, with at least 10 year's relevant experience in the captive or risk management sector
  • Have a strong technical knowledge of the captive industry as well as a working understanding of insurance, accounting, taxation, regulation and legal issues relating to the captive sector
  • Have experience of proactively managing projects and developing teams
  • Possess a keen eye for detail and have experience in analysing and manipulating data
