Our client seeks a Client Service Director (Captive Insurance) to join their team.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a major international client engagement, develop relationships and responsibility for service delivery. The ideal candidate will be an inquisitive and motivated individual with account leadership abilities and have proven experience in the insurance, actuarial, or accounting sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Company's relationship for one of the largest global captive management appointments and assume responsibility for strategic advice, client service delivery and excellence.
- Identify service requirements and manage the client service team to ensure service meets agreed standards.
- Deal with insurance renewals and underwrite new insurance covers as required.
- Ensure that your clients' priorities, objectives, and any other requirements have been met.
- Deliver best practice and strategic innovation.
- Support the development and implementation of the strategic objectives.
- Actively seek out existing and new growth opportunities.
- Develop a detailed understanding of the Captive insurance industry; and
- Instil a culture of teamwork, effective communications, and professionalism.
Key Skills & Experience
- Client-focused professional with excellent communication and client leadership skills.
- From either the insurance, actuarial, or accounting sectors.
- Professionally qualified; CII, ACII, or equivalent
- Have proven experience in proactively leading client engagements and associated projects; and
- Possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy
