Client Services Manager

Our client seeks a Client Services Manager to join their team
Key Responsibilities
  • To assist the Team Leader of the Private Client team.
  • To manage a varied portfolio of trust and corporate structures holding a range of assets including real estate, investments and yachts and aircraft.
  • To provide support and supervision to the team of administrators in their day-to-day work and for their development.
  • To work closely with the client accounting, tax, compliance and statutory teams to ensure that all matters relating to clients are addressed on a timely basis.
  • To manage work-in-progress and ensure timely collection of debtors.
  • To continue to develop all aspects of client management including: Corporate Governance, Compliance, Banking and Client relations.
Key Skills & Experience
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in the Trust and Company services sector.
  • Holder of a relevant CSP qualification i.e. STEP, ICSA.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A professional manner, demonstrating good interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and to respond to clients' needs as they arise.
  • The ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A positive approach with enthusiasm towards personal development and the desire to take on responsibility.
  • An interest in financial services and business development.
