Collective Dealing Administrator

Our client is looking for a Collective Dealing Administrator to join their team.
The Role: Our client is looking for an ambitious individual, who is excited by markets to join their Collective Dealing team! Are you a school leaver looking for an exciting opportunity to grow a career within a Trade environment or fancy a change of career, this is the perfect opportunity!
Joining this team won't be like joining Wall Street, you won't be yelling or waving pieces of paper in the air with client orders. It's still extremely exciting though…! What you will do is place client execution instructions and then complete all associated documentation. As it's fast paced, there are defined deadlines to meet, it's important that you maintain appropriate recording and controls.
You will be surrounded by people who will help you achieve your ambitions. The collaborative, supportive environment gives you the chance to build solid relationships with senior leaders and peers alike. You'll also use your developed relationship skills to maintain client relationships where applicable for Private Clients, Fund Managers and Institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Along with the already mentioned above, you'll develop a solid understanding of the investments environment, which will help when you:
  • Develop procedures, policies and standards of service
  • Produce daily reports to assist both internal and external clients
  • Report the progress of orders and ensure Telex/Fax confirms and contract notes are issued in a timely manner
  • Deliver the highest standards of client services
By maintaining appropriate recording and controls, you will:
  • Ensure adherence to strict internal and regulatory control policies
  • Conform to the Company's AML procedures and guidelines
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Experience and an interest in Collective Dealing  
  • Experience in serving customers
  • The ability to think strategically
  • Strong communication skills
  • A good eye for detail and a high level of accuracy as it's important you place the right trades
  • The ability to organise and prioritise your work to meet deadlines
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
