Communications Executive

• Work within the Marketing Team to produce;
• Internal and external comms plans to deliver the comms strategy
• Work with the Marketing Assistant to plan, create and manage online and offline content
• Media Plans
• Campaign plans
• Brand Plans
• To build strategic messages and manage relationships with key stakeholders, key corporate and established contacts.
• Prepare and implement strategic communications and PR initiatives including internal communications and event management
• Manage press and media coverage
• Prepare and submit briefs to agencies, evaluate agency performance and deal accordingly
• Manage and maintain B2B and B2C contact database ensuring quality data collection and input for the purposes of developing customer relationships through appropriate and relevant communications as part of the marketing and communications plan.
• Promoting the Company at major and local exhibitions
• Monitor trends in marketing and digital media to inform communications

• Have proven experience working in a previous communications role.
• Have comprehensive understanding of different communications channels.
• Have excellent written communications skills with the ability to write communication materials for different audiences.
• Be able to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
• Marketing experience and qualifications
• Self-Drive and motivation
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good organisational skills
• High level of computer literacy
