Our client seeks a Compliance Manager  to join their team  
Role Profile:  You will have had responsibility for implementing compliance monitoring processes and controls within a small / medium sized financial services environment
   
Key Skills and Experience      
  • A compliance professional with a minimum of 5 years Compliance experience in a TCSP with an ICA Certificate in Compliance
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • A good knowledge and understanding of local laws, regulations and rules and ensuring policies and procedures are up to date
  • Experience of dealing with the Regulators on a day to day basis, regulatory visits and production of regulatory reports and documentation
  • Report writing
  • Knowledge of all applicable legislation / regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
