Our client is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Manager to join their team.
You will ensure that administration, company secretarial and general management services are provided, at a high standard, to client companies and funds. This role would suit a senior trust and company officer looking to build on their fund administration skills.
The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of all corporate governance matters, legislation and operating systems. A relevant professional qualification would be desirable or studying towards a professional qualification with Chartered Governance Institute or ICA. Strong interpersonal skills and effective people management is crucial to this role.
