Our client seeks an experienced and client-focused Corporate Services Manager to join their team.
 
Role Profile
The primary focus for this role is to deliver top quality service ensuring full compliance and efficiency - owning client relationships and delivering accurately in a timely manner. You will support the team with ongoing company administration and relationship management.
 
This is an exciting opportunity to join a varied and growing team and develop new ways of working, where you will have the opportunity to continuously input into the evolution of the business processes.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and be focused on exceeding their expectations
  • Have proven ability in managing client corporate structures from initial set up with support from internal accounting, secretarial, tax and gaming functions
  • With full support, hold a small number of directorships on client companies and be an authorised “B” signatory on client bank mandates
  • Practice excellent governance in managing client company board meetings and maintaining records in an organised fashion
  • Have exposure to all areas of international gambling compliance and the chance to apply company management and client service skills in a fast-paced and interesting setting
 
Key Skills & Experience
Essential
  • A minimum of five or more years' experience in corporate services
  • An understanding of key risk issues and possessing the confidence to escalate appropriately
  • Experience in managing trading companies including a strong knowledge of governance, compliance and statutory matters.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing yourself appropriately to consistently deliver to deadline
  • Impeccable professional written and verbal communication skills
Desirable
  • A working knowledge of accounting, tax, VAT and economic substance
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry
  • Able to demonstrate how you consistently exceed client expectations
