Our Client seeks a Customer Consultant to join their team.  
   
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all customer requests in a confident and proactive manner
  • Focusing on meeting all their needs, going the extra mile to offer a helpful and friendly service. Take every opportunity to build beneficial relationships
  • Support a culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement to the benefit of the customer
  • Use the knowledge attained to pre-empt customer expectations
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all Customer queries in accordance with departmental procedures
  • Uses knowledge to assist peers to effectively deal with customer queries
  • Identify improvements to departmental procedures in line with Lean Service principles
  • Seen as a primary user within Business unit
  • Assist and supports others to facilitate multi-functional query handling
  • Consistently show that Company Standards are being followed, including Corporate Core Values. Competently use Company Standards in all forms of communication
  • Comply with current compliance and legislation procedures. Understands how the legislation impacts area and can confidently explain and discuss with all stakeholders. Assist and supports others to effectively deal with customer queries. Understand and can apply Risk Management principles
  • Able to show a clear understanding of corporate goals and aims
  • Responsible for the accuracy and completeness of own and supports achieving this at a Team Level, meeting quality and service standards
  • Demonstrate the ability for establishing an efficient and appropriate course of action for self and others to deal with work volumes and support the Team Manager to achieving team plans and goals
  • Cross Site Visits including Regional Offices
  • Lean Service Reviews
  • Training Development Planning
  • Preparation of training material
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience and evidence of operating in a Customer Services environment
  • Relevant experience
  • Project work Involvement
  • Considering or continuing relevant professional examinations ie; CFP, ACI and NVQs
