Executive PA

Our Client seeks an Executive PA to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high quality PA support to an experienced CEO
  • Provide administrative support to a small but dynamic Business Team
  • Provide high levels of customer service
  • Diary management / arranging travel / arranging meetings
  • Prepare and collate papers ahead of meetings
  • Liaise with clients
  • Assist with business and marketing tasks
  • Produce, format and edit legal documents and general correspondence
  • Opening files and collating KYC / CDD for new clients
  • initiating and driving the billing process
  • File and matter management
  • General administrative and support duties
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Ability to communicate clearly with people at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise issues
  • Experience of electronic customer take-on procedures / software
  • Computer literate
  • Effectively manage and prioritise work
