Our client seeks a Finance Administrator to join their team.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the Client Accounting Manager (and dotted line to the Finance Manager), as Finance Admin you will assist the client accounting and internal finance teams with a variety of tasks, including:
  • Assist the client accounting team with recording financial transactions in the Viewpoint system and learning how to prepare financial statements from a trial balance
  • Working with the client accountants to file company accounts and tax returns with the relevant authorities
  • Assist the internal finance team with the production of purchase orders and the entering of supplier invoices
  • Maintain the petty cash register ensuring that all funds are appropriately documented
  • Timely filing of paperwork for both teams.
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Three A Levels or equivalent
  • 5 GCSE's minimum including Maths and English Language (minimum of grade 5)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products would be an advantage.
