Our client seeks a Financial Controller to join their team.
Role Profile: In this role you will lead the finance team, oversee financial record keeping, prepare and present detailed financial reports, manage payroll/VAT and work closely with the hotels management in delivering business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting variance analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- You will be accountable for the overall finance function of the business.
- You will supervise and lead staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Key Skill and Experience:
- You have a relevant qualification in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Evidence of managing accounting processes, excellent analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software are essential.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus. If you are detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and ready to contribute to the team, we encourage you to apply.
