Fund Administrator

Contract
Our client seeks a Fund Administrator to join their team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Settlement of all trades
  • Dividends and Corporate Actions
  • Stock Reconciliations
  • Administration of the company's Externally Managed client portfolios
  • Dealing with internal and external queries
  • Dealing with internal & external Auditors
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • A Maths related degree or 2 A Levels including Maths, or two years' experience working in a similar role within the Life Insurance Industry & GCSE Maths (Grades A-C)
  • A proven attention to detail in completion of all tasks
  • Good analytical/numeracy skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office packages, in particular Excel
  • A basic understanding of Investments would be desirable
