We are working with an Accountancy Practice Client that is looking at their future succession planning. The Practice has been established for over 50 years with a loyal Client and staff base.
On their behalf we are looking for a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) that is looking to progress to Partner level (or you could be at that level already and wanting to join a bigger firm) and be involved in a management buyout.
The Client work would entail a small percentage of Audit work, some local Accountancy/Tax work and Corporate and Trust client work. You would also need an aptitude to continue to grow and expand the business.
It would be advantageous that you held a practicing certificate and if you didn't were willing to gain this.
The successful Candidate must have a commercial acumen and the appetite to manage a business or already be doing so.
