Our Client seeks a HR Advisor to join their team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with hiring managers to define their recruitment needs, then attract and source candidates via a number of recruitment methods
  • Process the monthly payroll and associated compensation changes
  • Maintain and coordinate the flexible benefits package
  • Support the annual pay review and performance-related pay processes
  • Act as a point of call to provide support and advice to all staff on HR-related matters
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Good understanding and working knowledge of HR systems
  • Logical, organised, and understanding approach with a confidential and discreet manner to be applied to all matters
  • Knowledge of current employment law along with a knowledge of current thinking in HR issues and trends
  • The ability to effectively communicate and build strong working relationships at all levels
