Our Client seeks a HR Advisor to join their team.
- Work with hiring managers to define their recruitment needs, then attract and source candidates via a number of recruitment methods
- Process the monthly payroll and associated compensation changes
- Maintain and coordinate the flexible benefits package
- Support the annual pay review and performance-related pay processes
- Act as a point of call to provide support and advice to all staff on HR-related matters
Key Skills & Experience:
- Good understanding and working knowledge of HR systems
- Logical, organised, and understanding approach with a confidential and discreet manner to be applied to all matters
- Knowledge of current employment law along with a knowledge of current thinking in HR issues and trends
- The ability to effectively communicate and build strong working relationships at all levels
