Investment Administrator

Our client seeks an Investment Administrator to join their team for a 9-month Fixed Term Contract.
 
You will be primarily responsible for the ongoing administration of externally managed customer portfolios.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Account opening and closures, ensuring that all relevant account opening documents and agreements are completed.
  • Processing all cash transfers between third parties and the company in line with customer requests.
  • Identification, investigation and resolution of third party and customer queries.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Supporting other team members.  
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an investment-related or similar role, with an active interest in investments.
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel.
  • Ability to organise and work to strict deadlines.
  • Have a flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Team Player.
  • Strong accuracy, particularly when inputting data.
