Junior Administrator

Our client seeks a Junior Administrator to join their team.
Role: To provide general administration services to client companies.  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up payments using various internet banking systems
  • Updating cashbooks
  • Liaising with clients a daily basis over Skype and email
  • Ensuring all transactions fully document - backup documents received / source of funds for transactions known, investigated and documented
  • Dealing with queries from banks and clients
  • Dealing with post in and out
  • Answering telephones
  • Deliveries
  • Arranging Couriers
  • Stationery maintenance/ordering
  • Preparation of minutes
  • Willingness to get involved in ad hoc tasks to assist the company administration team as and when required.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in payment processing using various online banking platforms and a good knowledge of AML is preferable but training will be given.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure is a requirement of the role.  The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable using a variety of systems within a paperless office.
  • The candidate must possess a good I.T technical understanding to ensure the effective and efficient operation of internal systems and the provision of services to the highest professional standards.
  • The candidate should also be highly organised and have the ability to follow tight processes and procedures with absolute accuracy and be methodical and highly organised in approach to tasks.
  • Candidates should demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic approach.
