Junior Administrator

Our Client is looking for an Assistant Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To be responsible for preparation of bank payments
  • To be responsible for the preparation of annual returns, including:
    • Identifying annual returns due for filing
    • Preparing the annual returns
    • Arranging for the annual return to be signed, filed and submitted
    • Passing to administrators or clients as appropriate
  • To assist with the administrative functions of the fiduciary services department and assist staff with various tasks upon request, such as:
    • Update clients' banking records using Excel and Quickbooks on a regular basis and reconcile clients' bank statements to records on a regular basis
    • Ensure clients' statutory records and minute books are properly maintained and that all relevant filings are made at the appropriate time
    • Update ViewPoint timeously with any statutory changes to client records. Set up new entities and clients.
  • To maintain professional standards and ensure continual self-development
  • To carry out occasional ad-hoc assignments at the reasonable request of the directors or senior manager
  • Check client due diligence and carry out world compliance checks
  • Indexing of documents
  • Maintain beneficial ownership register - update with annual return
  • Administer a small portfolio of non-complex clients
  • Raise client invoices and monitor own debtors
Key Skills & Experience:
  • 5 GCSEs at grade C and above
  • 1-2 year's office experience required
  • Ability to work to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
