Our client is looking for a Junior Trust Officer to join their team.
The Role: As a Junior Trust Officer, you will assist the wider Trust and Private Wealth team with the administration of an expansive portfolio of companies, trusts and structures to maintain consistent and high standards of service. You will liaise with colleagues across the department and wider business to streamline communication and efficiencies. With the support of the team, you will have the opportunity to liaise with a range of clients, intermediaries and banks to provide an excellent service.
 
  • Assist senior team members with administrative tasks including preparation for meetings, drafting client emails and supporting the timely processing of payments;
  • Assist and support the team with the administration of a balanced portfolio of Companies, Trust and Foundations carrying out day to day administration tasks;
  • Liaise with clients, intermediaries, and banks to ensure a high standard of service and assist with all relevant compliance matters where necessary.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with a range of stakeholders.
 
 
Key Skills and Experience:
Our client is looking for an inquisitive candidate with good communication and organisational skills to start their journey as a Junior Trust Officer.
Experience in a similar client facing role would be beneficial, though not essential as ongoing training and support will be given.
 
The following attributes would be advantageous:
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines;
  • Studying towards or hold a relevant professional qualification, or be willing to attain;
  • Effective IT skills and experience;
