Our client is seeking a Legal Administrator to join their team and support both the Dispute Resolution and Corporate & Commercial departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to Advocates in both teams
- Typing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Diary management and scheduling meetings
- Answering and directing telephone calls and emails professionally
- Filing, photocopying, and document management
- Assisting with billing and time-recording processes
- Supporting with case management and file preparation
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong general office and administrative skills
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
