Our client is seeking a Legal Administrator to join their team and support both the Dispute Resolution and Corporate & Commercial departments.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to Advocates in both teams
  • Typing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Diary management and scheduling meetings
  • Answering and directing telephone calls and emails professionally
  • Filing, photocopying, and document management
  • Assisting with billing and time-recording processes
  • Supporting with case management and file preparation
 
Key Skills & Experience
  • Strong general office and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
