Our client seeks a Manager to join their team.
 
Role Profile:  You will support the Digital team to service a busy international client portfolio. You will be focused on team management, providing excellent customer service to clients
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage strong client relationships by acting as a point of contact and meeting their needs with insightful and bespoke solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders, identifying opportunities and act on them;
  • Be exposed to a range of rapidly expanding sectors including software & digital technology, Esports, Fintech and e-money, Crypto and Algorithmic trading operations;
  • Maintain and develop banking relationships to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for both the clients and the banks;
  • Liaise with clients and internal departments to assist with compliance and corporate governance processes.
  • Be in control of the development of the client structures.
 
Key skills and Experience:
  • You will have excellent administrative and organisational skills along with proven people management skills.   
  • A proven and keen interest in the emerging digital aspects of Corporate Services would be beneficial.
  • The following attributes would also be advantageous:
  • Experience within a corporate service provider environment or similar client-facing role;
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build a rapport with senior client representatives;  
  • A excellent understanding of general compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements;
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
  • The ability to demonstrate continued professional development.
