Our client seeks a Manager to join their team.
Role Profile: You will support the Digital team to service a busy international client portfolio. You will be focused on team management, providing excellent customer service to clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage strong client relationships by acting as a point of contact and meeting their needs with insightful and bespoke solutions.
- Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders, identifying opportunities and act on them;
- Be exposed to a range of rapidly expanding sectors including software & digital technology, Esports, Fintech and e-money, Crypto and Algorithmic trading operations;
- Maintain and develop banking relationships to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for both the clients and the banks;
- Liaise with clients and internal departments to assist with compliance and corporate governance processes.
- Be in control of the development of the client structures.
Key skills and Experience:
- You will have excellent administrative and organisational skills along with proven people management skills.
- A proven and keen interest in the emerging digital aspects of Corporate Services would be beneficial.
- The following attributes would also be advantageous:
- Experience within a corporate service provider environment or similar client-facing role;
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to build a rapport with senior client representatives;
- A excellent understanding of general compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements;
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
- The ability to demonstrate continued professional development.
