Our client seeks a Manager/Assistant Manager to join their team
Role Profile: To administer a portfolio of Company and Trust structures including book-keeping and accounts review for the same.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsibility for all aspects of day to day administration for a portfolio of clients
  • Direct client and intermediary contact (written and verbal)
  • Maintenance of client financial records
  • Production of Minutes and governance documents
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, introducers and intermediaries
  • Carrying out administration tasks to assigned deadlines
  • Carrying out statutory and governance work for a range of companies across various jurisdictions, within filing deadlines
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Hold a relevant qualification, i.e. ICSA/Governance Institute, STEP
  • Demonstrable industry experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of Director and Trustee duties and responsibilities
  • Excellent working knowledge of Fiduciary Structures
  • Working knowledge of Company and Trust law and statutory and regulatory obligations
  • Book-keeping for Companies and Trusts
  • UK Tax awareness, Desirable
  • Understanding of regulatory regimes, Desirable
  • Ability to produce quality work to strict deadlines
  • Ability to consider tax and legal implications of transactions
  • Technical knowledge of complex fiduciary structures
  • Technical knowledge of statutory filing requirements
  • Demonstrable robust communication skills
