Our client is looking for a Managing Director to join their team.
The Role: The Managing Director heads up the senior management team, with primary responsibility for the development and implementation of business strategy, financial performance, ensuring a robust compliance culture and the effective management of stakeholders.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Degree preferably in Accounting/Finance, Law, or Management.
- Professional qualification.
- At least 10 years' experience in the Trust or Corporate services industry.
- A commercial proven track record is essential, as is an obvious ability to manage and develop key business relationships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of administration services practise.
- Comprehensive knowledge of trust/corporate product.
- Commitment to best-in-class standards with respect to regulatory and compliance matters.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Professional management of client relationships.
