Our client seeks an Mortgage Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for up to 6 months
 
Role: Carries out a range of administrative/technical support tasks within defined procedures to support the business area in providing a high-quality output.        
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out a range of assigned administration/technical support tasks, ensuring that the work is completed accurately and adheres to specified Group policies, processes and procedures
  • Respond to queries/issues ensuring that customer requirements are clarified
  • Raise routine correspondence where appropriate
  • Build relationships typically at peer level and with Mortgage brokers to clarify facts, exchange information or resolve enquiries & issues escalating as appropriate
  • Contribute to the completion of the team's workload
 
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous KYC/CDD experience is preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve queries/clarify requirements via telephone / email
