Our client seeks a Hotel Night Porter to join their team.
Role Profile:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Hotel Night Porter to support overnight operations, assist guests, and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the hotel. This role involves a variety of tasks, including guest assistance, light maintenance, and security.
The Night Porter ensures the safety, security, and smooth operation of the hotel during night-time hours. This role involves attending to guest needs, performing front desk duties, maintenance and cleaning, ensuring a pleasant and secure environment for all guests
Schedule: Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Assistance: Handle late arrivals, provide luggage assistance, and respond to guest requests.
- Safety and Security: Monitor the hotel premises, conduct regular security checks, and address any issues.
- Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance tasks and ensure public areas are clean and presentable.
- Support Services: Assist with setup for events and early morning services as needed.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality is a plus.
- Skills: Good communication, basic maintenance skills, and physical ability to perform manual tasks.
