Office Administrator

Our client seeks an Office Administrator to join their team.
Role: the jobholder will primarily be responsible for non-disclosure agreements, visa applications, and general office administration, maintaining documents and other information.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ensuring non-disclosure agreements are completed by all relevant stakeholders;
  • Responsible for visa applications/submission and administration for all relevant stakeholders;
  • Scheduling travel arrangements, accommodation, and dinner reservations;
  • Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company;
  • Answering the telephone;
  • Ownership of filing, scanning and stationary orders;
  • Other relevant assistance/office administration tasks;
  • Assisting the team members as and when required;
  • Assisting with payments and deliveries as and when required;
  • Assisting with sending documents from the Isle of Man to various locations and taking care of any specific requirements (such as ordering courier, purchasing postal orders, etc.)
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous office administration experience
  • Excellent prioritisation an organisation skills, ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products - especially Word
