Office Assistant

Our client seeks an Office Assistant to join their team.
Role: The role will be to support and assist the general day to day running's of the Companies busy offices. In assisting the Companies Offices you will undertake ad hoc administrational tasks such as filing, answering the phone and dealing with general queries, maintaining the kitchens to ensure they are fully stocked and adhere to required cleaning standards and emptying the dishwasher. You will be responsible for supplying the kitchens with fruit, milk, drinks and snacks as required and distributing to all necessary sites and picking up any lunch orders. You will also be required to order water supplies and stationery. Receive and or collect deliveries, meeting with visitors and contractors and any other ad hoc duties which may arise. A full clean driving license is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Company filing
  • Answering the phone and dealing with general queries
  • Ad hoc administrational tasks
  • Maintaining Company kitchens at multiple sites, ensuring adequately stocked with food and drink and adhering to expected hygiene standards, emptying the dishwashers, ordering cleaning supplies as required
  • Shopping for fruit, drinks, milk and snacks at local supermarkets and distributing to multiple sites as required
  • Order water supplies for Company offices
  • Collecting and arranging lunch for employees as required
  • Order stationary supplies for Company offices
  • Receiving or collecting ad hoc deliveries as required
  • Meeting and assisting visitors and contractors as required
  • Any other ad hoc duties which may arise
