Onboarding Adviser

Our client seeks an Accounts Onboarding Advisor to join their team.  
Full-Time Permanent and Fixed Term Contract roles available.      
Key Responsibilities:
  • Convey a positive & dynamic approach to working, being able to maintain self-motivation and organise time effectively to ensure a balanced approach to support the delivery of business area needs
  • Proactively provide customers with guidance and extensive information to help them successfully choose a new International product, ensuring you provide clear instructions on what documentation is required to adhere to risk policies & procedures
  • Ability to deal with complex matters, using your customer service experience to efficiently manage customer relationships
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of customer onboarding processes, procedures and experience of applying CDD's would be an advantage
  • Take ownership of your own development to enhance your skills & knowledge
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
