Office and Project Support Administrator 
 
Role Profile:  You will report into the local Project team and act as the main point of contact for Global Facility Management. 
 
Key Responsibilities:   
  • Welcome guests, manage building access passes and allocation of a small number of car park spaces, coordinate meetings, book rooms and order catering when required  
  • Distribute/send mail/couriers, arrange taxis, airport collections 
  • Support facilities projects including ordering office equipment, supplies and furniture 
  • Act as first point of contact between building management and key service providers 
  • Raise purchase orders, liaise with suppliers and assist in controlling office-related costs 
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining procedures and policies, provide brief safety induction to visitors  
  • Manage event planning and coordination of project meetings and stakeholder events in the Isle of Man 
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • A self-starter, strong at multitasking and Customer Support  
  • Previous office experience from a similar position, preferably in an international business  
  • Are skilled at Microsoft Office and enjoy working with data 
  • Easily build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders 
  • Experience in any roles within the area of customer support will be very welcome. 
  • Hold a clean and current Manx driving licence
