Our client seeks a Part-time Business Development Manager to join their team.
Role Profile
In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth and building strategic partnerships in a fast-paced industry. You'll focus on identifying new opportunities, nurturing key client relationships, and organising non-traditional revenue streams, including events, to maximise our earnings potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through methods such as cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that deliver mutual value for both parties.
- Partner with Sales and Programming teams to ensure smooth delivery of client campaigns and initiatives.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in business development and sales.
- Experience in organising events and developing non-traditional revenue streams is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a drive to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
