Our client seeks a motivated individual to administer a partnership with a third party organisation.
 
Role Profile:  You will be working closely with sole traders across the UK. This role would suit recent graduates, school leavers, as well as those with more experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact applicants to assist with application completion. Analyse and optimise the application funnel. Improve marketing processes using tools like Customer.
  • Make outbound calls, including to individuals who may not be expecting contact.
  • Work with partner to ensure a continually beneficial relationship on both sides.
  • Develop a good understanding of how our services are beneficial to the customer.
 
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Proficient with technology, including mobile apps. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Confident making outbound calls.
  • Attention to detail, process-oriented.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with marketing funnels and customer journeys.
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools.
 
For the right candidate, there is flexibility available for this role to include flexible working hours, with a minimum of 30 hours per week. If you're a self-starter with a great attitude and enjoy helping others, we'd love to hear from you! The role will be office based.
