Our client seeks a Planning Administrator to join their team on a temporary contract.
Role Profile: Our client is looking for a Planning Administrator to contribute towards the administration of the planning and building control process. The main focus of this role is to process accurate and complete planning and building control searches for the benefit of advocates conducting property conveyances, alongside any other duties as may be allocated by the Assistant Head of Technical and Customer Support
Key Skills & Experience:
- At least five GCSE's at Grade C or above (including English Language or equivalent).
- Experience of using IT in projects, and in particular of using Microsoft Office, email, and the Internet.
- Team Working.
- Is professional and credible.
- Effective written and oral communication skills to all levels of enquirers.
- An eye for detail.
