Quality Manager

Our Client seeks a Quality Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all facets of operational quality, covering multiple sites and responsibilities
  • It is expected that this role will include travel to mainland Europe, America and China
  • Implement the Group Quality Strategy with specific focus on Customer quality and continuous quality improvement
  • Develop and implement existing and new systems and procedures that assure compliance with international standards to meet the Group's diverse requirements
  • Ensure the quality of operations and customer satisfaction
  • Manage the activities across a growing number of ROW supplier
  • Provide quality leadership to the ROW quality teams to ensure best practices are followed
  • Create and present informative content at Board level
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Have a minimum of 10 years or above in a similar manufacturing industry, with proven leadership and people management
  • Be Certified ISO auditor and have extensive knowledge of such
  • Certified Risk Assessor
  • Certification of LEAN, would be advantageous
  • Have a proven record in direct managing customer quality related activities
  • Be highly results driven with a focus on business improvement
  • Excellent written and oral skills
