Our client seeks a temporary Receptionist to join their team on a 13 month contract.
 
Role: The successful applicant will be responsible for looking after the day to day running of reception along with ad hoc duties for the Group.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Operate the switchboard, answering all incoming telephone calls and taking messages
  • Take delivery of incoming post and distribute to the relevant company
  • Send outgoing mail using a franking machine
  • Arrange courier collections
  • Maintain stationary levels
  • Arrange and distribute the milk and weekly fruit deliveries
  • Monitor the swimming pool CCTV
  • Organise onsite apartment bookings and ensure the apartments are stocked
  • Assist the HR department with various tasks such as booking and logging training courses
  • Assist with arranging company events
  • Assist with the organisation of pool parking
 
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail orientated
  • The ability to work individually and within a team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Organised
  • Excellent time management skills
