Our client is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to assist their team.. The successful candidate will primarily manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.  
   
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Set up meeting rooms for various events and appointments.
  • Monitor and replenish office stationery supplies as needed.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred but not required.
