Our client is seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to assist their team.. The successful candidate will primarily manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Set up meeting rooms for various events and appointments.
- Monitor and replenish office stationery supplies as needed.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred but not required.
