Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support
- Perform typing and document preparation tasks
- Manage office duties
- Handle incoming calls with a polite and professional telephone manner
- Assist with scheduling, emails, and multitasking in a busy environment
Key Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Previous experience in secretarial or administrative roles
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Calm under pressure with attention to detail
