Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support
  • Perform typing and document preparation tasks
  • Manage office duties
  • Handle incoming calls with a polite and professional telephone manner
  • Assist with scheduling, emails, and multitasking in a busy environment
 
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in secretarial or administrative roles
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Calm under pressure with attention to detail
