Our client seeks an experienced Secretary to join their team for 2 months.
The ideal candidate will be a proficient audio typist with solid administrative skills. Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support
- Accurate audio typing of correspondence and documents
- Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive information
Key Skills & Experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Calm under pressure with attention to detail
