  • Act as the relationship manager for your own portfolio.
  • Manage the needs and expectations of your clients, prioritising tasks that are considered urgent.
  • Undertake all administration and credit control functions for your portfolio.
  • Provide assistance to the other administrators and cover for them when they are out of the office.
  • Maintain accurate time sheets to reflect the work undertaken.
  • Collaborate with, and provide technical support to the team, offering guidance and support to team members as and when required.
  • Proactively keep up-to-date with industry legislation and proposed changes.
  • Bring to the attention of Directors any issues of concern to ensure they are reported in a timely manner.
  • Assist with projects.
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a TCSP technician and ideally hold or be partly qualified in an industry recognised qualification i.e. STEP, ICSA, ACCA.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Isle of Man Companies Act, and related corporate governance supported by a high level working knowledge and understanding of Anti Money-Laundering and other current legislation.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented and reliable, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality service.
  • Mature, credible and comfortable in dealing with professional people and high net worth individuals.
  • Familiar and competent with the IT systems used in the TCSP industry.
  • Well-developed inter-personal skills, with an ability to motivate other administrators and interact with senior management.
  • Self-Motivation and disciplined in task completion with the ability to resolve issues with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level or organisational and prioritisation skills; flexibility and willingness to help other in a friendly and professional manner
