Our client seeks a confident and experienced Senior Administrator to join their fiduciary services team.
Role profile:
Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive a high standard of service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of various asset classes
- Provide mentoring and support to junior staff members.
- Identify and mitigate any potential risks associated with client portfolios
- Ensure all legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records of trust and company documentation
Key Skills & Experience:
Essential
- Experience of managing both trusts and companies with varying asset classes
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work to a high professional standard
- The ability to work as part of a team.
Desirable
- Hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification
- Experience in mentoring junior members of staff
