Our client seeks a confident and experienced Senior Administrator to join their fiduciary services team.
 
Role profile:
Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive a high standard of service at all times.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of various asset classes
  • Provide mentoring and support to junior staff members.
  • Identify and mitigate any potential risks associated with client portfolios
  • Ensure all legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met
  • Maintain accurate records of trust and company documentation
 
Key Skills & Experience:
Essential
  • Experience of managing both trusts and companies with varying asset classes
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to work to a high professional standard
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
Desirable
  • Hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification
  • Experience in mentoring junior members of staff
