Our client seeks a Senior Client Services Administrator
 
Role Profile:  To administer a portfolio of client companies, primarily within the Wealth team, ensuring compliance with trust deeds, articles of association, regulatory requirements, corporate governance and company law.   In addition, assist in the administration of the Aviation companies and support the needs of the Aviation team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration of a "Wealth" portfolio of companies/trusts;
  • Be responsible for client communications;
  • Liaise with clients, private offices, intermediaries, banks, government departments and registries, advocates,    compliance and accounts departments;
  • New business onboarding;
  • Involvement with company incorporations, dissolutions, Annual Returns and Beneficial Ownership Register;
  • Maintain and obtain necessary paperwork to ensure that client companies remain compliant with relevant regulatory authorities and company law;
  • Monitoring of Company/Trust financial activities;
  • Undertake risk assessment reviews and compliance reviews;
  • Act as a Director or Authorised Signatory on client companies (subject to FSC approval);
  • Prepare and review client company board minutes and agreements;
  • Presenting at client board meetings;
  • Preparation of VAT applications and subsequent VAT related tasks;
  • Opening and maintaining bank accounts;
  • Prepare and issue client company invoices and liaise with accountants and bookkeepers;
  • Create, verify and authorise payments in accordance with payment procedures;
  • Ensure NavOne client database is current;
  • Maintenance of Laserfiche client company records;
  • Preparing and distributing invoices and credit control;
  • Provide guidance and training to team members;
  • Attend training events and develop relevant knowledge and skills.
 
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
  • Holds or working towards an industry recognised industry qualification;
  • Three years' experience of administering complex company structures;
  • Has the ability to work without direct supervision and to tight deadlines;
  • Experience of working with clients who are high net worth individuals and their private offices;
  • A willingness undertake ongoing personal development;
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office products;
  • Professional and approachable demeanor;
  • Proven communication and organisational skills;
  • Understanding of the Isle of Man's corporate governance regime and UK tax matters;
  • Has a positive working relationship with colleagues and clients;
  • Acts an example to others, with positive attitude and self accountable;
  • Takes ownership of tasks;
