Our client seeks a Senior Company & Trust Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To promote the highest standards of client relationship management
- Client Company Director, collectively with the other director/s responsible for the compliant management of the Client companies by, ensuring adherence to all legislative and regulatory requirements to promote the highest standards of client relationship management
- To provide trust and company administration services, including progressive client contact to an allocated caseload of predominately medium/high risk multi-jurisdictional high net worth clients in accordance with the strategic plan, regulatory requirements, company service levels and company standards to meet client expectations including-:
- Ensure Client Contact Programme (CCP) is actively maintained in accordance with agreed standards
- Process New Business
- Undertake management and review of, Investments and other client assets, including the review of related documentation
- Preparation of minutes/resolutions
- Ensure Annual or Biannual Client Reviews and Risk Assessments are completed and within required timescales
- Opening and managing client bank accounts, including authorising payment instructions
- Undertake relevant Statutory Filing
- Process Financial Transactions such as Dividends, Distributions and Loans
- Maintain Company and Trust records, including due diligence
- Analyse Financial Statements
- Participate in ad hoc projects/committees as required
- Provide support to the Senior management team and colleagues as required
- Contribution to the maintenance and improvement of internal customer relationships and efficiencies, by ensuring of clear objective setting, effective communication, support of personal development
- To provide accurate time recording to ensure the correct fee income is derived
- Manage motivate and encourage a medium sized team to ensure a high quality of flexible and responsive services to clients is maintained, whilst ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulations
- Conduct staff interviews and prepare appraisals in accordance with the HR Strategy
- To Chair the New Business and Banking Committees
- To undertake other responsibilities as required
Key Skills & Experience:
- Degree or equivalent professional qualification/experience
- Established leadership and influencing skills
- A strategic and practical understanding and application of high-quality client service delivery
- Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
- Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Understanding and application of effective people resource requirements
- Ability to identify, mitigate and manage operational risk and controls
- Strong technical CSP/TSP knowledge
- Good organisation and control of workflow
- Understanding of the importance of strong Corporate Governance
- Self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure
- Clear understanding of Regulatory requirements
- The ability to deal with client and professional advisors thereby showing a commitment to providing a quality service.
- Able to work on own initiative and to be highly disciplined.
